The Pilot ... Life According to Laffy Taffy

I wanted to impart wisdom passed on to me through an admitted addiction of mine. Many of us have heard it of pot... that when you smoke it you become philisophical. OK, but you also get the munchies, cough your head off, and become a couch potato for the duration (which could be dangerous if your friend sitting next to you has the munchies for potatoes!) Just sayin'...

Now, getting back to MY addiction and some words of wisdom or at least a laugh now and again. Hence the name for the blog you find yourself in. It started back in '03 when Marty tossed me a joke concealed as a snack to keep me awake in Pharmacology or some equally exciting class..

Sorry I can't remember that one, but today's Laffy Taffy had two jokes that were punny enough get this thing started. Here ya go...

1) Q: How do you get the water into watermelon?
    A: Plant it in the spring.

2) Q: Why was the boy covered in gift wrap?
    A: His mom told him to "live in the present".

I know this may not be the first site for Laffy Taffy jokes, but these are the ones from my addiction. So consider this Step 12. More to come .....
